At my Whole Foods, at least, bone-in short ribs are on sale for $3.99/lb this week. That’s about $2 cheaper than usual. I picked up a few to freeze. Things I’ve made with short ribs:

I made some friends grilled cheese sandwiches stuffed with braised short rib meat and they all fainted. I took one bite and died. Too rich to be believed!
I got the idea from an local restaurant called Animal. Animal indeed!
