Yay!! I just checked your blog today and was excited to see a new post here AND at Fit Pregnancy! Glad to hear things are smoothing out for you and hope to see pics of your new place soon! P.S. I finally took my son’s pacifier away and it went well- I think it’s harder on the parents than the kids. I was heartbroken for him!

I’ve been making this one for years! Occasionally will try a new recipe but always come back to this one as the best way to use the remains of the Christmas ham. I’m not one to waste much so I either take out all the veggies and purée them and add back to the soup or use my immersion blender on the whole soup (removing only the bay leaves)except the bay leaves. I usually make a double batch of this one as it goes fast in our house!! Thanks for putting it on a site for all to share.

Oh and Ive never had anything fall from a command hook that was installed properly. At least not thus far. Years and counting.

I use command hooks for everything. They are magical for someone who has committment and nail placement issues.

OMG. I think I’ll have to try those Sally Hansen nail strips. I saw them and agree that the colors (this was like last summer) were neons and ridiculousness. But that gold is just plain fine.

That nail polish is NOT easy to get off! It took me longer to get the nail polish stickers off than it took to put them on. Or maybe that was because I went with crazy leopard stripes and not flat color, but either way it was very difficult.
