		<description>I have a lot of lettuce left over this week. I just don&#039;t eat that much lettuce when I got a huge bunch of spinach too. I used my radishes to make a yummy edamame salad last night. I have bok choy left to stir fry tonight.</description>

		<description>have just grown some tatsoi from seed and am going to use as a stir fry ingredient in a Chinese style dish. Hope it works well - will add just at the end to wilt it - this sounds like the best way to treat tatsoi.</description>
