Anchovies are our friend and most of the time no one even knows that they are in the dish. As for the milk braised pork, I have a great recipe that I think is exceptional. I&#039;ve cooked it twice and it came out wonderful each time. It&#039;s a recipe from Food and Wine (sometime last fall). I meant to send it to you, but most have flaked out and forgotten.

I&#039;ll definitely try the fennel.]]></description>
