I am trying the David Chang recipe for brussel sprouts with kimchi and bacon tomorrow and will let you know how it turns out. I made them last week, roasted and tossed with sliced honey crisp apples, toasted pistachios, and a balsamic vinegar/honey reduction. It was really delicious…..
