I sauté some onion/garlic/whatever a bit, then throw in the dry pasta and rattle it around for a couple minutes, until some of the sides get a little toasty. Then I start adding broth, just to cover the pasta, and keep adding a bit as it cooks off.you have to stir a lot or the top layer won&#039;t cook.]]></description>
